From the info found in the various Anders Clausager, Bill Piggott and John Wheatley publications the first BN2 was BN2L 228047. However it is also stated that pre-production BN2 cars were built with serial numbers in the range 227XXX and 22800X, so I may have quite a find, as it does seem to be one of the very first (the last BN1 being 228025).

The car is being restored here in Malaysia to the original colour and glory!!!!!

If anybody has come across any other info on this car I would be interested to know. In the meantime please add the details to your register.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
