This restoration was a labour of love, I could not resore to original, therefore made the car into a very nice driver. It now has a 3 litre engine - 9.6 compression - 250 degree cam - 5 speed toyota gearbox - 3.9 differential - last model BJ8 front end - BJ8 steering - and a beaut CD player which plays country music whenever.
    Just love "The Beat"

Rod - given that your 100/6 45267 went to Forth Worth (Overseas Motors) I wondered if you have any paperwork from them at all or from the Texas DMV. My 100/6 - BN4L-O-42754 was also exported to Fort Worth in June '57 and I am looking for any data I can find !

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
