One of the last 100/6 models with the improved cylinder head, larger inch-and-three-quarter carburettors and 117bhp compared with the 102bhp of the earlier BN4 model.

This 1958 left-hand drive car has been in the current ownership since 1991, being acquired by him shortly after it returned to these shores from America. The car is said to be very smart and original with good straight panels and 48,000 miles on the clock. A desirable two-seater BN6 model, it also benefits from wire wheels and overdrive. It comes with an MOT until November 2010, a Heritage Certificate and the original US Title document.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
