Still as capable today as when introduced, the Austin-Healey 100-6 BN6 offered here certainly ranks among the finest and most strikingly appointed examples available for sale. Assembled in early December 1958, this North American-specification two-seater is said to sport an extensive restoration by marque specialist Igor Boun of Citrus Heights, California, and is presented in black with green coves over an equally impressive green leather interior with black piping. It is a well-appointed iteration with 48-spoke chrome wire wheels, overdrive, an adjustable steering column, heater, laminated windscreen, and period-correct three-spoke wooden steering wheel. As previously confirmed by a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate, this example desirably retains its matching-numbers inline six-cylinder engine, as well as its matching-numbers body.
