€ 75.000
• Chassis number: S161

This 1963 Austin Healey 3000 MK II is a sports car from the Big Healey series. By 1963, the MK II had become a refined version of the earlier models, offering improved performance and comfort while still keeping its raw, sporty personality. It was popular as both a weekend roadster and a competitive car in rally racing.
The engine of the MK II is a 2.9 liter inline 6 cylinder. This 6 cylinder unit produces around 130 horsepower with twin SU carburetors, the car has strong low end torque and quick acceleration. The gearbox is a 4 speed manual, this Healey also has overdrive, making it smoother and more practical at higher speeds.
The design of the 1963 3000 MK II is one of its most recognizable features, with a long hood, short rear deck and wide stance that gives it a powerful look. The interior is simple and driver focused giving it a real sports car feel.
