Additional description from above auction:
This is a truly pleasing and rare example of the right-hand drive Healey, surprisingly hard to find these days, and is overall in lovely and very correct order, with superb Ice Blue coachwork with a cream midriff; without doubt an example of continuing care and interest in its life, including the recent fitting of new chrome wire wheels, shod with very good, correct tyres. Curiously for a RHD car, it has spent the last years in a prestigious private collection near Rome, where it saw sparing and considerate use in local shows and rallies, and the underbonnet appearance of the car bears witness to the fact that it must have been a convincing contender in such events.
The car is in the process of regaining British Registration, after having been registered in Italy; it is of course in free circulation in the EU. This is certainly a striking example of a rare and desirable model, ready to provide true satisfaction to its next custodian.
