I bought this car in Honolulu Hawai'i in 1978. Shipped it to my new home in Lakeside California.
Sold the car to a U.S.M.C. Major who was moving to Cherry Point N.C. He assured me he would restore it to original so I allowed him to buy it. Did not hear from him after that.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
