-Offered for sale from Kurt Tanner Motorcars, is this nicely optioned 3000 MK2 BJ7 Sports Convertible, the first 6-cylinder model with roll-up windows, wrap-around windshield glass, and easy folding soft top/frame. A pleasant Grand Touring Big Healey Convertible with easy to tune twin SU carburetors, producing 131 bhp, desirable centershift gearbox, and front disc brakes.

-Stored indoors since 1977 in a Missouri garage. Very well preserved car needing easy straightforward restoration, possibly just full cosmetics and minor mechanical restoration.

-Really too nice of a candidate for a ground-up restoration. Only on the road for 14 years then tucked away into storage!

-One modest repaint now showing it’s age. Mostly excellent original chromework. Super good straight body, great grille fit, headlamp areas, panel fit, front and rear door gaps, lower valence, trunk fit, etc. Original Triplex windshield glass.

-Original interior needing easy improvement/restoration.

-Well preserved engine compartment that could use a simple detail.
