Car to be at auction 11/23
www.osenat.com/lot/142162/23124547-1964-austin-healey-3000-bj8-mksearch=&

Auction description:
Lot 65
1964 AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 BJ8 MK3
Chassis n° HBJ8L29362
BRITISH MOTOR INDUSTRY HERITAGE certificate
Antique restoration of the highest quality
Collector's registration document
50000/60000

The model presented here rolled off the production line on October 8, 1964, equipped with overdrive, wire wheels and heating. It was then shipped to the United States, as was virtually the entire production run.
The car was fully restored between 2000 and 2003 in the USA, as evidenced by an impressive file of invoices and photos. In early 2020, it left the USA to return to its native land. It has since been imported to France by its current owner.
Today, this beautiful Austin Healey BJ8 is in excellent condition. The road test was very conclusive.
This Austin Healey is now waiting for a new owner to take to the roads of our beautiful country.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
