In may 2010 recorded owned by Freddy Brandt from Faaborg.
32.000 miles from new. Originally from Allentown Pensylvania.

Originally owned by J H Bennet she got it as a gift from her father. She later married a pilot and the car got the nickname the pilotcar. The car was sold in 2007 on ebay to Kent Olsen from Buch Cars in Denmark. Freddy bought the car in 2009.

Don't know about the history quoted. The car used to have a metal plate attached to the boot lid on the left side that read "J.H. Bennett" and "Allentown, PA" underneath. Those metal plates were commonly attached by automobile dealers as free advertising. It seems more likely that J.H. Bennett was a company and not an owner of the car.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
