Exterior details include a blue soft top and top boot as well as twin exhaust outlets. The door-mounted mirrors were fitted and the headlight low beam wiring was repaired in August 2023.

A spare fitted with a Michelin X tire is stored in the trunk. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes. The front suspension bushings and king pins were replaced in August 2023 along with the brake fluid reservoir and tires.

The Moto-Lita steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and supplemental gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 50k miles, approximately 2k of which have been covered under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 2.9-liter inline-six features dual SU carburetors with pancake air cleaners and was factory-rated at 148 horsepower and 173 lb-ft of torque. In preparation for the sale in August 2023, the engine was removed and repainted Moss Austin-Healey Engine Green, a rear main seal conversion was performed, a double-row timing chain was installed and the timing cover, tensioner, and gears were replaced.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with switch-activated overdrive. Service in August 2023 included replacement of the left-rear axle seal, nut, and lock tab.

The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate notes the car’s production date as well as its factory colors, equipment, and identification numbers.

The Arizona title carries a “Not Actual” mileage notation and lists “Other” and “Unknown” under the Make and Model categories, respectively.
