I bought this car from a dealer in St. Louis, in October, 1998, as a very tired car needing restoration. It ran and drove, but the body had suffered from a number of bodged repairs. Due to work demands a and the desire for another E-Type, I sold this car to a corporate pilot in the San Diego area in early 2004. I have not seen it since, but hope that it has been, or will be, properly restored. I have a number of non-digital photos and may scan one or two at a later date.

I recently added two of the better photos of this car, taken during my ownership. Despite the bodged body repairs, this car had the straightest and most rust-free chassis rails I've seen on most Healeys. When I replaced the front anti-roll bar mounts, I shined a flashlight down the inside of the rails and found zero rust, dents, or any other damage. Mechanically, everything worked, including the overdrive. I hope its current owner has given it the restoration it deserves.

Just dug up a couple more photos showing the engine compartment and boot area of this car.
