Seller description:
1962 Austin Healey Tri-carb BT7 has recently completed a ground-up, rotisserie restoration with no details overlooked. The car is finished in its original Healey blue paint and the upholstery, convertible and teneau cover were done by Heritage Upholstery. The car is 100 percent original including its tri-carburetor setup. Also all of the original hardware has been restored and re-plated. I had planned on keeping this car for myself, and wish I could, but with a child going to MIT, I will have to let it go. The motor and drive train were rebuilt by Peter Genovese of Highland, New York (noted Austin Healey expert). Over 1000 hours were put into the restoration of this vehicle at my shop. The car was recently brought to its first car show, and received a first place trophy. Since the restoration was completed, I have driven this Healey for 250 miles, and it has always shown itself to be a wonderfully performing, enjoyable car.

This is a twin of the last Healey I owned. Except mine was a middling driver. Sold for $11,000 as such in 1996.
