My car since 1972. It was metal flace silver then and not very nice but it has always been a very sound car mechanically. I have painted it twice. Red both times. I found evidence of black paint and feel that was the original color. I've removed the 4-speed trans and put in a 1986 Toyota Supra 5-speed. I also converted the ignition to total electronic ign. It runs better than when it was new. I put the steel pressed wheels in storage along with the trans and have mag wheels on it which were mfg in the UK and which look nice I might add. It is regularly driven in nice weather but not a daily driver.
